Extended Care operates on all 180 regular school days. Tuition is conveniently divided into 10 equal monthly payments, each covering 18 days of care, offering families a simple and predictable payment structure.
In compliance with Florida regulations, all extended care services must be paid in advance, with payments due by the dates listed below.

Helpful Payment Reminders:
To support families with planning and budgeting, Bigfoot Basecamp provides monthly email reminders and displays “payment due” signage at the check‑out desk as a courtesy.
SchoolPay does not currently support automatic recurring payments.
Cash or Check
We gladly accept personal checks payable to Lakeside Academy. Checks may be securely dropped in the safe box at the check‑out desk. To ensure prompt processing, please include:
- Student’s name
- Primary cell phone number
- Alternate phone number

Enrollment Timeline

1. Fill out your registration form online
Click on the button below to submit your information electronically. Make sure to submit one form for each student you’d like to enroll.
2. Submit your annual registration fee of $125 per student

For your child’s safety and to keep records up to date, all changes must be submitted using the tools below.
Dismissal Changes
Submit all same day transportation changes through PikMyKid before 1:20 pm (12:20 pm on Wednesdays).
Without an official update, your child will remain in Bigfoot Basecamp at dismissal.
Program Update
Please use the form below to request adjustments:
- Authorized Pick-Up List Updates: Add or remove approved pick-up individuals.
- Care Plan Changes: Add or remove before- or after- school care.
- Program Withdrawal: Submit a disenrollment notice.
